How long does delivery take?

If all the items on your order are in stock, we normally deliver within 10 to 14 working days. Please allow at least 14 working days for delivery before contacting us.

I understand that I will receive a gift with my order. However, the gift does not interest me. How can I be sure I don't receive it?

In your basket, simply tick the box "I do not want to benefit from this offer" if you do not wish to receive the gift.

The gift you offer does not suit me. May I receive a different gift?

Every month, we select a gift and special offer for you. However, if you have received another offer by mail, quote the order code in the "you have an order code" section of your basket. You will find this code below your address, or at the back of your catalog.

It's very simple! You may view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on "My Basket" at the upper right-hand side of the screen.

How do I place a quick order?

It's very simple! Have your Vivaform catalogue handy. Click on "Quick order" at the upper right-hand side of the screen, just under your basket. Enter the product reference and quantity for each item and validate your order.

If I am not satisfied with a product, what should I do?

We recommend you return the item to us by recommended mail in order to exchange it. Please include the right-hand section of your bill, the back of which you should fill out completely. Please send back your order to this following address : Vivaform - PO BOX 111, Spalding, PE11 9BT.

How long are the products guaranteed?

You will be refunded for any item that is damaged, faulty or unsuitable or this item will be replaced free of charge within one year from purchase, subject to normal conditions of use (this excludes underwear, bathing suits, footwear, cosmetics and items of hygiene, razors, epilators, disposable items, etc.).

I recently moved house. How can I update my personal details?

To update your personal details, simply login to your personal account and click on "Your personal details". Any changes you make will be saved automatically.

I cannot find my customer reference. What can I do?

New! You can now log to your account using your email address! You can also contact us by phone 0844 481 1009 from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will be happy to assist you.
